- Jiaxiulou: Built in 1598, and is one of the symbols of Guiyang. The tower is a timberwork building with attics,and twelve stone pillars at the bottom.It is surrounded by a marble balustrade. Jiaxiu Tower is linked with the Fuyu Bridge which connects both the south and north banks.
- Flowers Stream Park: It is situated in the suburbs, 17 kilometers southwest of Guiyang. It is praised by the poet with the following verse:"The natural hills and waters could be viewed everywhere, but the more natural and intriguing are those arranged in the Huaxi.Ten miles of crystal-clear streams just like a mirror, what filled in your eyes are flowers and serene rurality ."

- Huangguoshu Waterfall & Tianxing Qiao Scenic Area: Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area is one of the largest waterfall groups in China. It comprises 18 falls on the ground and 4 falls underground. The largest waterfall is as high as 68 meters, with a width of 81 meters.
- Tianxingqiao Scenic Area: Featuring the perfect combination of stones, trees and water, the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Zone is a natural miniascape evolving from the growing stone forests in water. Compared with the grandness of the Huangguoshu Waterfalls, it is more bijou and beautiful. A couplet generalizing its verve goes like that: “It is compared to a gigantic miniature garden created by wind knife and water sword; also an ancient painting painted by root pen and vine ink.”

- Cultural Village in Tianlong: The ancestors of Tunbao people were soldiers stationed in Guizhou Province about 600 years ago. Today Tunbao people live in forts with stone foundations, stone walls, roofs and watchtowers. Dixi, or ground opera, is a kind of perfomance they do at festivals and celebrations, which is considered to be the living fossil of ancient shows.
- Qingyan Ancient Town: Established as a town in 1738 in the Ming Dyanasty, it is 29 kilometres from Guiyang.As the historic and cultural town in the province, there are 9 temples,2 shrines, one palace and other well preserved ancient constructions, which shows the excellent skills of ancient architecture.It was designated as a national cultural relic in 1995.





　　

- Kaili Ethnic Minorities Museum: Kaili Ethnic Minorities Museum houses exhibitions that introduce the culture, geography and ethnic customs in southeastern Guizhou Province. Some very intereting writing, pictures and materials are displayed here.
- Nanhua Miao village: The Nanhua Miao Village is a very small village about 2 kilometers from Kaili City. Miao people adopt common habits and customs, and celebrate many featured festivals every year.
- Datang short skirt Miao village: Local women's traditional clothes feature very short skirts, hence the name Datang Short Skirt Miao Village. Situated at the foot of Leigong Mountain, the village has very friendly villagers and is famous for their fine silver wares and ornaments.

- Qingman Miao Village: Qingman Miao Village is located 23 kilometers southwest of Kaili City. Here visitors will at local ethnic families how their traditional clohes are made and dyed.
- Shiqiao Miao village: People in Shiqiao Miao Ethnic Village still use their old and traditional way of making paper, using the bark of mulberry trees has the material. This paper making method has gone through over one thousand years of history, and materials have been extended to make color papers with different plants.

- Xijiang Miao Village: Xijiang Miao Village, also called the "homeland of Lusheng", is the largest Miao villages in Guizhou.

Geographic location: 36 km northeast of the county town of Leishan.
- Sanbao Dong village: It is located among mountains and rivers,in the center of Banyan tree scenic area.Surrounded by more than 40 trees that are hundreds of years old.There are several hundred families in the village, most people surnamed Yang,and has a singing tradition. Almost all people in village can sing folk songs.

- Basha Miao Village: Basha Miao Village is home to about 1000 ethnic Miao villagers. They live in wooded houses, and still pratise the living customs and dressing traditions of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
- Yintan Dong village: The village is located on the top of the mountain with a creek flowing through. A forest of precious Chinese yew trees can be found here. People build their wooden houses among the green trees, and drum towers among the houses. The simple and primitive folk customs of the village are still well preserved.

- Tangan Dong Village: Hailed by some as the "most primitive Dong village in China", Tang'an Dong village offers a harmonious scene balancing nature and humanity. The village was built on a steep mountain slope overlooking terraced paddy fields. The village contains ancient wooden buildings, a traditional drum tower, theater stage, and gravel yard adjacent to some residential houses, and a well provided water supply.
- Zhaoxing Dong Village: It is the largest and oldest Dong village in China and the world. There are five Drum Towers, Wind & Rain Bridges and traditional stages in the village.
