Chongqing Ferry Terminal is located at the east of Yuzhong District. Chaotian Men, located at the confluence of the Yangtze Rive and Jialing River, is the best location to start the sight-seeing journey of the Three Gorges. It is quite convenient to get to the Chongqing Port by bus. There are through bus 401、418、102、103、128、232 and 382 to the port. You can take passenger liners running at the Three Gorges to Yichang, Wuhan and Nanjing. There are luxurious cruises (including “Victoria” and the President Series cruises) and the ferry boats. Generally speaking, it takes three days to Yichang, four days to Hankou and six days to Nanjing. Only 10 hours will be cost from Chongqing to Wushan by the swift Shuiyi Boat.
