Fubo Hill

Fubo Hill, located by the shore of Li River in the downtown, is a beautiful place gathering mountain, water, holes, stone, gardens and heritage of the city as a whole. It is renowned for its unique caves, beautiful scenery and clear lake, thus it has gained many good reputations.

Unique attractions inside: 

I. Tingtao Pavilion
The Tingtao (means listening to waves) Pavilion, built in 1964, is against to the mountain cliff in the southeast of Fubo Hill. It is made for the reception visitors and sight viewing. With a total area of 106.34 square meters, it has a large piece of glass in the southeast and a big terrace on the upper. With wide open view scope, it is considered as the most desirable view place.

The inside walls are natural cliffs, with picturesque stone grain which are majestic and harmonious. On the small cement roof, there are covered with yellow glazed tiles.

II. Shijian Stone
The Shijian Stone, also called Testing Sword Stone, is a giant stone in the Returning Pearl Cave. It is situated closely to Li River. It hangs from the top of the cave nearly to the ground. Its top and the bottom seemed suddenly separated as a result of General Fubo's sword tested itself but kept well in the cave.
In Returning Pearl Cave and Qianfo Cave, there are many stone slabs and Buddha images which carved in relief in Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) dynasties. So it is known as “the Fascinating Place of Fubo Mountain”.
