As the second international airport in the northeast part of China, Harbin Taiping International Airport is 30 kilometers (19 miles) away from the city center. There are more than 50 domestic flights from this airport to the major cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shenyang, Dalian, Xi’an, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and there are also more than 25 international flights from this airport to the major cities in other countries, including Vladivostok, Yakutsk of Russia, Seoul and Cheju of South Korea, Osaka of Japan, the US, Singapore and Malaysia.

There are airport shuttle buses every 30 minutes from the airport to the city center, and the whole journey will take you 40 - 60 minutes at fare of CNY 20 per person. It travels from Harbin Taiping International Airport- the Kang’an Road- the Anfa Bridge – the Railway Station – the Wenchang Pavilion to the Aviation Mansion in No. 99, on the Zhongshan Road.

Going to the airport, you can get on at the Aviation Mansion (in No. 99, on the Zhongshan Road) and the No. 30 of the Xinyang Road respectively. The buses from the Aviation Mansion depart when the seats are all taken, so you’d better get on the bus in advance, and the last bus will start at 6:00 pm. For those passengers who get on the bus from the Xinyang Road, there are only 2 buses every day, which starts at 10:30 am and 12:00 pm every day respectively with the ticket fare of CNY 20 for each one. And it costs you about CNY 130 from the airport to the city center by taxi.
