Waterway
As one of the 8 inland ports in China, Harbin Port is the biggest inland port in northeast part of China, and there are waterways to the Songhua River, the Heilong River, the Wusuli River and the Neng River, which connects the ports of Russia as well as the Dadan Strait together. The ships from Harbin Port can directly reach Japan, North Korea and South Korea as well as the Southeast Asian countries, and there are two ports in Harbin, among which one is a passenger port and the other is a goods port. The passenger port is located on the Qidao Street in Daowai District, and there are directly ships from the port to Russia, North Korea and South Korea as well Jiamusi, Zhaoyuan and Qinghe, which operate from April to November every year owing to the changing seasons. The visitors can take a tram No. 101, 102 and 103 to get to the Sun Island Scenic Spot, and they can also take a public bus No. 13 and 79 to get there directly.
