Highway

Hu-Bao Highway (from Hohhot to Baotou) is put into use, and you can get to Yinchuan and Lanzhou by highways. It only takes 5 hours from Beijing to Hohhot by highway with the completion of Jing- Hu Highway (from Beijing to Hohhot). Besides, there are also 6 bus routes extend from Inner Mongolia to Mongolia and Russia.
