Repulse Bay is located on South District of Hong Kong Island. Its English name came from an old Royal warship which stationed in the Gulf to defend Viking. It is not only a well-known tourist spot in Hong Kong, but also a high-class uptown.

The shoreline of Repulse Bay is twists and turns, just like a crescent. Long beach and wide beach bed, soft sand and the sea that is as calm as a mirror make her become one of the most beautiful beaches in Hong Kong. Early in the morning, the sun rises slowly in the blue sky and clean air .It is the ideal time to enjoy beach walk. In east of the Beach there is the Hong Kong Life Saving Society, a traditional Chinese architecture whose roof is decorated with a flying circled dragon . Its garden leads to the beach. Zhenhailou Beach Park which has a strong Chinese classic color, in the front of it is the more than 10 meters high figure of Tin Hau and merciful figure of Mercy Buddha. It is said that this Avalokitesvara is a man, who later became a woman to take across the sentiment of universal beings. Tin Hau is the patron saint for fishermen, because fishing industry is the main industry of Hong Kong in the past, so a number of temples are established there t obligate to Tin Hau.

Transportation: take subway to Station D, walk to Central Exchange Square and then take No.6, 6A, 6X, 66 or 260 bus and get off at Repulse Bay
