Living in caves, stone frog is a specialty in Mt. Huangshan. Each weighs about 250 grams and has a white belly and a striped back. With clear-fragrant soup, tender-soft meat and original-fresh flavor, Steamed Stone Frog is known as a treasure through out China.

A mixture of Stocked stone frog, ham, bamboo shoo, mushroom pieces, rock candy, sweet rice wine, garlic, salt, lard, ginger and chicken broth are steamed together in one boiler, then this dish is made. Stone frog, rich in protein and calcium, could lower temperature, enhance eye-sight as well as strengthen body. With both high nutrition and delicious taste, other ingredients like agarics, ham, and bamboo shoo could do great good to us.
