Macau Attractions

Macau combines traditional Chinese culture and Portuguese culture perfectly as one, and it is very rich in cultural relics as well as natural scenic spots. Owing to the prosperity of the lottery industry in Macau, it is also called the “Monte Carlo of the Orient”. On its other side, Macau is host to a number of old but well-preserved architecture clusters combining western and Chinese styles, and the main attractions in the city are the Ruins of St. Paul Cathedral, Monte Fort, Macao Fisherman's Wharf, Grand Prix Museum, Barra Temple, and the Macau Wine Museum, among which the Ruins of St. Paul Cathedral was listed on the World Heritage List in 2005, becoming the symbol of Macau.
