Chen Yi Square, lies at the end of Nanjing Road. The statue of Chen Yi on the square is made of bronze with a height of 5.6 meters. Its base is made of red granite with a height up to 3.5 meters. The statue reappears vividly the typical gesture of the first mayor of Shanghai.
 

The Bund Tourist Tunnel, which is the first pedestrian tunnel in China, has a length of 646.70 meters. It shows people pictures and visions with background music, by using high-tech methods.
