The New Suzhou Museum

The New Suzhou Museum is located in the west of the Humble Administrator's Garden consists of the new constructions and the ancient architectures of Zhongwang Mansion. And the newly constructions, which has well displayed the features of the south area of the Yangtze River, is a comprehensive museum combined with modernized and ancient construction as well as the innovative landscape garden.

Shaanxi History Museum

Shaanxi History Museum, located in the northeast of the ancient capital Xi'an, was built in 1983, completed and opened up on June 20, 1991. It is the first large state-level museum with modern facilities. It is also the 4A –class scenic spot in China.

Jinsha Relics Museum

Jinsha Relics is the first important archeological discovery in the new millennium and was selected in 2006 as an important unit of cultural relics under the national protection. Now the Jinsha Relics museum is founded functioning as a base for archeological research and exhibition of unearthed cultural relics. There are more than 1,000 unearthed culture relics in the discovery, most of which are from later period of Shang Dynasty ( 1700 B.C.-1100 B.C.) and the early time of Chunqiu Dynasty ( 1100 B.C.-771 B.C.), including gold vessels, jades and bronze wares.

Forbidden City

The Forbidden City was first built in 1406 by the Emperor Zhu Di of the Ming Dynasty and completed in 1420, with 961 meters long from south to north and 753 meters wide from east to west. The palace, served as the palace of the Ming and the Qing dynasties, is an incomparable masterpiece of the ancient building and now is best and completely preserved.

Shanghai History Museum

Located in No. 1286, on the Hongqiao Road of Shanghai, Shanghai History Museum, Shanghai History Museum was built in 1983 with its initial name of “Shanghai Culture Relic Exhibition Museum”, which is open to the public in 1984 as a topographical museum aiming at introducing the history of Shanghai in the past 100 years, and it is bestowed with the title of “Shanghai Patriotism Education Base” in 2003.

Banpo Museum

Banpo Museum is the first prehistoric remains museum in China, built in 1957 by the government on the very site of the Banpo remains. It is located in the north of Banpo Village, east of the Chang River in what is now known as the city of Xi’an.

Sanxingdui Museum

Sanxingdui Museum is northeast of the Sanxingdui Ancient Site in Guanghan, 38 kilometers from Chengdu in the south and 26 kilometers from Deyang in the north.

Chinese Aviation Museum

The biggest aviation museum in China and Asia, the Chinese Aviation Museum is located at the foot of Datang Mountain, Changping of Beijing. It was built in October 1986 and open to the public in November 1989, and it conveniently combines scientific and military education with tourism.

China National Film Museum

The largest professional national-level film museum in the world, the China National Film Museum is located at No. 9, Nanying Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and was built in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Chinese films.

Military Museum

One of the 10 memorial architectures dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the foundation of the People's Republic of China, the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution is located at No. 9, Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing.
