- Jiangwan Village: Located 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) in the east of Wuyuan City, Jiangwan is actually a village with many ancient Hui-style architectures, which is surrounded by mountains with Ling Mountain in the east, You Mountain in the south and Houlong Mountain in the north respectively. The Liyuan River runs through the valleys among the three mountains in the shape of “S” from east to west, which adds so much life to Jiangwan Village in some sense.
- Xiaoqi Village: As “a Bright Pearl of Wuyuan Cultural and Ecological Tourism”, Xiaoqi is located 45 kilometers (28 miles) in the northeast of Wuyuan City in Jiangxi Province, built during 787 in the Tang Dynasty (618 A.D.-907 A.D.), which is assessed as “the National-Level Agricultural Ecological Exemplary Countryside”, and it is famous all over the county for its natural scenic spot as well as culture relics, actually, there are tens of ancient house with a long history of more than 600 years.
- Likeng Village: Located 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) in the northeast of Wuyuan City, Likeng is actually an ancient village with the people with Surname Li as the majority, built during 1,010 in the Northern Song Dynasty (960 A.D.-1,127 A.D.) and surrounded by mountains, which is famous for its natural scenic spots and culture relics. There is a river flowing through the village, with a vast rape fields in the front of the river and the Hui-style civilian residential architectures at the back of the river, which reflect each other perfectly in an idyllic way.
